Gudrun Johnston is a Shetland-born knitwear designer currently living in western Massachusetts. Her mother was a knitwear designer in Shetland in the 1970s, working under the name The Shetland Trader, and the mill where Jamieson’s of Shetland yarn is made is just down the road from her dad’s house.
